Project Description
This Portland mid-century ranch had all the hallmarks of a bad flip: awkward layout, cheap finishes, and poor craftsmanship. We completely redesigned the daylight basement, fixing the flow by adding a hallway so the bedroom no longer passed through the bathroom. Out went the low-quality materials, replaced with custom finishes, warm colors, and soft textures that made the space inviting again. The bathroom was transformed into a spa-like primary suite — a perfect example of high-quality Portland basement remodeling with mid-century modern design.
