This family, who had lived in this home for over ten years, had outgrown the 1910’s footprint. There was plenty of yard in the back, so we devised a way to expand the footprint, fix inefficient room designs, maximize living space, and increase comfort and accessibility, all while maintaining the charm of the 110-year-old home and existing beautiful yard.
